Shipping Carriers and Destinations
Tarz Atelier offers worldwide delivery via ARAMEX and DHL. Shipping availability, fees, and estimated delivery timelines are shown at checkout based on your delivery address.
Order Processing
All orders are processed after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and destination. Typical delivery estimates after dispatch:

Order Tracking
When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to become active.
International Orders, Duties and Taxes
International orders are shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). Shipping rates exclude taxes and duties. International customers are responsible for all taxes, duties, and import fees upon delivery as determined by their local customs authority.
Delays and Carrier Issues
Tarz Atelier is not responsible for delays beyond our control. Shipping costs will not be refunded if carrier timelines are exceeded.
If you have questions regarding your delivery, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using your tracking number. If the issue persists, contact our customer service at care@tarzatelier.com within 14 days of the indicated delivery date.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout. Tarz Atelier is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
