Refund policy
We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Fit and sizing
We provide comprehensive measurements for every piece so you can shop with confidence. Because these specifications are available prior to purchase, we do not accept returns or exchanges based on sizing, fit, or preference.
When returns are accepted
Returns are only accepted if you receive an incorrect item or if your order arrives damaged or defective. To request a return, email returns@tarzatelier.com within 14 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue plus your proof of purchase (order number). Claims are not accepted for normal wear and tear, misuse, alterations, or incorrect washing or care.
If your claim is approved, we will offer a repair, replacement, or a full refund, depending on the case and availability.
Return eligibility and condition
If a return is approved, items must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all Tarz tags attached, and in the original packaging. Tarz reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these criteria.
Return process
If your return request is accepted, we will provide return instructions and the return address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return options and return shipping costs
There are two return options:

Tarz Atelier can arrange a pickup for you upon request.
Responsibility for returned parcels
The package remains under your responsibility until it is received at our facilities. We recommend using a trackable courier service.
Exceptions / non returnable items
We do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards. We also do not accept returns or exchanges due to sizing, fit, or preference.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 15 working days from the day we receive your package at our facilities, assuming all conditions outlined in this policy are met. Refunds can then take up to 10 working days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
